At the top of the landing page is a bright, fuchsia pink “JOIN NOW” call-to-action button, with several photos below it, depicting “girl next door-types” from various ethnic backgrounds. These photos show young women in different climates and appropriate clothing. This pseudo-realistic variety of profile pictures may lead one to believe that they have a chance to meet actual living people.
However, this website is managed by Meteor Interactive BV, a digital marketing company based in Utrecht, in The Netherlands. Not only is Holland a hot spot for known scam-dating sites, but Meteor Interactive BV is no stranger to bad press and negative reviews for running scams. Most likely prompted by their legal team, Meteor Interactive BV strongly advises potential members “to read our Terms and Conditions before using our service.”
ProvocativeNeighbors.com gives a good, initial impression, but members will soon discover that their flirting will be with “fictional entertainers’ profiles” and that physical contact “is not possible.” If you are not keen on wasting time and money on fake chats that lead nowhere, we suggest that you steer clear of this site.

A review of this company’s Terms and Conditions reveals other fraudulent and unethical business practices. Including, denial of Due Process, as all potential legal disputes will take place in the courts of The Netherlands. There is also an automatic waiver of the Dutch Civil code Statutory cooling-off period, and an involuntary consent to updated Terms and Conditions, upon each sign-in.
Despite ProvocativeNeighbors.com being targeted for users in the USA, all potential legal disputes will be handled in the small claim courts of Amsterdam. There are automatic waivers to rights to a jury trial, rights to a class-action suit, or any rights to seek monetary damages, and changes to the company’s operating system.
