Alberta Boccaleoni 11-2-48 to 5-27-19 Alberta Boccaleoni, beloved wife and companion, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cous- in and friend, passed from this earthly realm at her home, on Memorial Day, May 27, 2019. Alberta touched many lives with an heart and a fiery spi- rit that everyone who knew her could count on. She loved end- lessly, laughed big and often, and could not hold a grudge. She was a volunteer and mem- ber at Unity of Independence, Unity Church of Overland Park, The Gardens at Unity Village, Adults of Unity, and gave of her- self tirelessly at Unity Village Chapel for the last 20 years of her life.

Alberta will be greatly missed by all. She had enduring faith that her spirit would trans- form into a special relationship with God in Heaven after she left her human form. Alberta met the love of her life, Drayton Riley, in August of 1999. They were married in Au- gust of 2000 and ever since cherished their life together with their blended family, creat- ing travel adventures from coast to coast and partnering in volun- teering. She was fiercely loyal and always available for her children and grandchildren no matter the circ*mstances.

A certified Licensed Unity Teach- er, Alberta cherished opportuni- ties to encourage and counsel people in their spiritual practi- ces. Alberta was born and raised in Edwardsville, Illinois, to Albert and Clara Jewell Boccaleoni on November 2, 1948. She moved to the Kansas City area where she lived most of her life after graduating from Edwardsville High School in 1966. Alberta is survived by her hus- band, Drayton Riley; daughter, Angie Dasbach; sons Ray Dasbach (spouse Leslie Lemery Dasbach), and Paul Dasbach (partner, Kristin Wilensky); step- daughters, Kari Riley and Kim Riley; grandsons, Taylor McCoy, Phoenix Dasbach and Kyler Lemery; granddaughters, Au- tumn Dasbach and Kaitlyn Lemery; sister, Linda Sue Hiatt; brother, Joe Boccaleoni (spouse Lisa Boccaleoni); nieces Danielle Boccaleoni, Kerrie McGhee Mool, and Kellie McGhee; and nephews, Shawn Melton, Christopher Melton, and Kyle Boccaleoni; and many oth- er cherished relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Irene McGhee; and granddaughter, Stephanie Elizabeth Faith Dasbach.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Silent Unity Chapel, 1901 NW Blue Park- way, Unity Village, Missouri, on Monday, June 3 at 1 p.m. with a reception for family and friends following the service at the Uni- ty Village Chapel Community Center. Peggy Mae (Gillespie) Delaney Peggy Mae (Gillespie) Delaney of Lowry City, Missouri was born on October 2, 1937 in Stark City, Missouri to Bert Gillespie and Arretta (Maples) Gillespie. She went to be with Jesus on May 25, 2019 at Kansas City Hospice House. The family moved to the Kan- sas City, Missouri area in the and settled in Osceola, Missouri in 1958. Peggy mar- ried John Francis (Jack) Delaney on September 26, 1953.

To this union seven children were born. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brother, Wyman Bert Gillespie; sister, Vanita Maxine Allen and daugh- ter, Reta Mae Delaney. She is survived by her daughter, Nita Kay Banks and husband Mi- chael of Osceola, Missouri; sons, Steve Delaney of Inde- pendence, Missouri, Bob and partner Pam Dest of Holden, Missouri, John Delaney of Webb City, Missouri, Kevin and wife Jane of Clinton, Missouri and Mark Delaney of Clinton, Mis- souri; 13 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Ronald Hron Ronald Hron, 72, of Summit, MO, passed away Sun- day, May 26th, 2019. A memo- rial visitation will be held from on Saturday, June 1, 2019 at Speaks Suburban Chapel, 18020 39th St, Inde- pendence, MO 64050. Service will be at and im- mediately following a reception will be held at Lakewood Oaks Golf Club until Crema- tion is planned. Ron was one of four children born to Oscar and Maxine (Thompson) Hron on De- cember 15, 1946 in Wagner, SD. After graduating from Quincy High School in Illinois in 1965, Ron joined the National Guard.

He attended Southern Il- linois University in Carbondale, receiving his degree in biology in 1969. After graduation, Ron started work at Pfizer Pharma- ceutical as a salesman, where he stayed for 10 years. In 1979 Ron began work at W.L. Gore Associates selling GORE-TEX medical products. He was in sales for over 28 years before retiring in 2007.

In 1980, he married, Ann Miller. Ron and Ann enjoyed many things to- gether, including spending time with family and friends, eating out, dancing, concerts, gin rum- my, going to golf tournaments and traveling to tropical destina- tions. Anyone who met Ron had an instant friend. He was easy to talk to and laugh with. Ron enjoyed cooking, fishing, boat- ing, hunting, golf and was an avid sports fan of the Chiefs, Royals, MU Football and KU bas- ketball.

He enjoyed watching the Big Bang Theory, reading and crossword puzzles. He was a proud member of the Lake- wood Oaks Golf Club. Ron is sur- vived by his loving wife, Ann; children Jennifer (Jay) Stickler, Kerry (Todd DePaepe) Hartzell, Kyle (Stefanie) Hartzell, and To- ny Hron; sisters, Cheryl (David) Lewis and Linda (Richard Ha- mel) Bevard; and grandchildren, Lindsey, Lauren, Sophia, Kaylee, Ishara, Anthony, Kishani, Jessi- ca, and Jake; his loyal dog Hat- tie Mae Hron; and many extend- ed family members. Ron is pre- ceded in death by both parents and sister, Nancy Myers. Ron was able to donate his eyes and cornea to Midwest Transplant Network, a contribution that will undoubtedly help in the lives of others.

He was married for the past 57 years to Mona (Caudle) Witthar. For over 30 years, Ken was the owner of Ken TV on Blue Ridge Blvd. In his free time, Ken loved to golf, camp, trout fish, and was an avid woodworker. He al- so enjoyed cheering on the Chiefs and Royals. Survivors include his wife, Mona (Caudle) Witthar; his chil- dren, Theresa (Jeff) Sherard of Boulder, CO, and Kevin (Char- lotte) Witthar of Peculiar, MO; grandchildren Chloe and Megan Sherard of Boulder, CO; brother Chris (Carol) Witthar of Blue Springs.
